Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for AutoReplyPro subscriptions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your initial charge and we will issue a full refund of that charge.

2. Free Trials

Plans that include a free trial are not charged during the trial period. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you are billed at the end of a trial, the 14-day guarantee above applies to that first charge.

3. Renewals

Recurring monthly or annual renewals are generally non-refundable. If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge — we review these requests in good faith on a case-by-case basis, particularly if the Service has not been used during the renewed period.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself issue a refund for the current period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you already paid for.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Charges older than the windows described above.
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Add-ons, one-time fees, or usage-based charges that have already been consumed.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@autoreplypro.app from the address associated with your account and include the order or invoice ID. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor (Paddle) and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including any statutory right of withdrawal.
