Seller Information

The Service is operated by AutoReplyPro, currently trading as an unregistered sole proprietorship based in Pakistan (the "Seller", "AutoReplyPro", "we", "us", or "our"). The sole proprietor is personally liable for the Service. This section will be updated with the registered legal entity name once incorporation is complete.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoReplyPro website, applications, and services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Merchant of Record

AutoReplyPro subscriptions are sold to you by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd("Paddle"), acting as the authorized reseller of the Service. This means that when you purchase a subscription:

• Paddle is the party you contract with for the purchase, and Paddle's name will appear on your invoice and card statement.
• Paddle is responsible for order fulfillment, invoicing, collection of applicable sales tax and VAT, and processing of refunds and chargebacks.
• Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy; you can contact us and we will coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Your use of Paddle's checkout is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. These Terms continue to govern your use of the Service itself once your purchase is complete.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment provider, Paddle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
• Applicable taxes may be added to the listed price.
• Trial periods, when offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates any law.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Misuse connected third-party accounts or violate their terms.
• Upload malware or engage in activity that harms other users or the Service.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant AutoReplyPro a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, and trademarks, is owned by AutoReplyPro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoReplyPro's total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
